TGIFF (Thank God It's Fashion Friday) my fashion fiends. Yet another week has come and gone. This week brought us square root day on 03/03/09 and the birthday of yours truly. It also brought the beginning of March which is coming in very similar to Lambert the Sheepish Lion, making me want to wear sandals but still needing the warmth of my leggings, oh Seattle. Oh well, I'll take a sheepish lion over king of the jungle any day.
With spring still on my mind this week we chose the bright white flower piece by Parisian designer Sonia Rykiel. Complementing the flower oh so well it this hanging drum shade decorated with the most delicate of hand placed 3dimensional flowers making it look more like fabulous piece of cutting edge fashion and less like a springy piece of home décor. Sigh….spring. Don’t be discouraged my lovelies. The buds are blooming and Memorial Day is only a few months away so polish up those white shoes dream of the flowers in your hair and reminisce of this litshade. Until next week my flower children stay warm but think spring
Just wanted to say that I think I need to join a LampsUnmentionablesAnonymous group. You hosting? Cause for my lamp, it seems to be snowing down south. I need a bigger shade. My base needs a bigger umbrella. Plus, it's silk and it's dusty. How the hell do I clean that?

Un-Godly, no?
Dusty silk shade- feather duster or lamp-shade eraser(yes there is such a thing), or bring it into lit and I will help you brighten 'er up. It's possible you only need a shorter harp and then your lamps unmentionables will be daintily demure.
